Hi there, I’m Jessica!

Somewhere between the deadlines and the chicken coop, you'll find me — designer, creative director, hobby farmer, and perpetual learner of new things. I run a boutique design studio for women-owned small businesses by day (and, let’s be honest, sometimes night!), and tend to a small multigenerational hobby farm — complete with animals, family next door, and a rotating roster of creative projects — by everything else.

That contrast is intentional. The slow, rooted rhythm of country living keeps me grounded in what actually matters: thoughtful work, real relationships, and the kind of care that shows up in the details — and it's exactly the energy I bring to every client project.

I grew up in a creative household, earned my degree in graphic design and photography, and spent years working across print, advertising, and editorial before becoming — and remaining — the editor and creative director of Scarlett, a women's lifestyle magazine based along the Gulf Coast. That experience — building a brand from the inside out, understanding what women-owned businesses need and how they need it — is exactly what shaped the studio I run today.

I specialize in working with women-owned small businesses because I am one! I know what it feels like to build something from scratch, to wear every hat, and to finally reach the point where your brand needs to catch up to the business you've become. That's where I come in for all your design needs.

When I'm not designing, I'm painting, crocheting, enjoying a good sci-fi movie/book, or picking up whatever new medium caught my eye this month — most recently, learning to smith jewelry.  Some people recharge by slowing down — I recharge by making things. Let’s grow, girl!
